Program Details
The programs delivered by the Ubuntu Mission leverages the power of human connection to create a culturally relevant, locally sustainable, and personally inspiring program of economic change. We teach local leaders and college aged youth Christian values and business principles--that show the reality of God.
An Ubuntu Mission workshop includes many case studies, opportunity for group work, vibrant discussions, and real-world application of ideas.

A 5-day Ubuntu Red Program:
- Culture – includes identifying cultural strengths, blending culture into business, and valuing diversity
- Leadership – includes personal credibility, developing others, and developing groups
- Relationships – includes building professional relationships, establishing a network of relationships, and creating influence
- Intro to Business – includes introduction to business finance and planning, introduction to marketing, and introduction to selling
- Biblical Foundations – includes Christ in culture/leadership/relationships/business, decision-making, and serving
Key Components of the Ubuntu Red Program also include:
Practical Application – includes one day of practicing key topics (creating a presentation that covers personal goals and business ideas/aspirations, and allows for interviewing and feedback)
Mentors attend to learn/reinforce content, meet students, and begin providing leadership. Dedicated support for ongoing meetings with senior leaders to calibrate and embed learning.
